Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Board
Securely pack the skateboard in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the board's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
